Our employees and our customers have a responsibility to communicate in a respectful way. This respect is essential to the successful relationship between our team and your team.
Discrimination, harassment or bullying in any form, whether verbal, non-verbal, physical or psychological, will not be tolerated. Discrimination, harassment or bullying includes any inappropriate conduct or comment by a person towards an employee that the person knew or reasonably ought to have known would cause that employee to be humiliated or intimidated. It can also include behavior that detrimentally affects the work environment or creates a poisoned work environment.
The company prohibits conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment for employees, vendors or anyone conducting business with the company. This policy applies to behaviors taking place over telephone, videoconferencing, electronic and other communications mediums, including social media.
Any complaints will be investigated and dealt with swiftly and can be grounds for termination of the relationship. Employers are responsible for the actions of their teams. By agreeing to our terms of service, you also agree to abide by these expectations.
